1. Service

Postiz Social Publishing (the “Service”) is a privately operated tool used by authorized users to connect social-media accounts and prepare, schedule, and publish original content.

2. Authorized use

You may use the Service only with accounts and channels that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you submit, the publishing instructions you provide, and compliance with the rules of each connected platform.

3. Connected platforms

The Service uses official authorization mechanisms and platform APIs, including those supplied by TikTok and other social networks. Availability and publishing capabilities depend on those platforms and may change, be limited, or require additional review. Use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies.

4. Content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant the Service permission to store, process, and transmit content and account information only as necessary to perform the actions you request. You may disconnect a social account at any time.

5. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content; evade platform safeguards; compromise accounts; distribute spam; or interfere with the Service or connected platforms.

6. Availability and responsibility

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that scheduled posts will always publish successfully or at an exact time. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss caused by platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, or content supplied by users.

7. Privacy and deletion

Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for disconnecting accounts and requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion Instructions page.

8. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated when the Service or platform requirements change. Access may be suspended or terminated to protect accounts, comply with law or platform rules, or prevent misuse.
