Postiz Social Publishing
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how Postiz Social Publishing (the “Service”) processes information when authorized users connect social-media accounts and schedule or publish content. The Service is privately operated and is not offered as a public social network.
2. Information processed
The Service may process account and channel identifiers, profile names and images, OAuth access and refresh tokens, connected pages or professional accounts, uploaded media, captions, schedules, publishing results, and analytics returned by the platforms you connect. It also stores the account information needed to sign in to the Service and basic technical logs used for security and troubleshooting.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate authorized users, display and manage connected channels, upload or schedule content, publish content at the user’s direction, retrieve publishing status and analytics, maintain security, and diagnose failures.
4. Legal basis and user control
Processing is based on the user’s authorization and is necessary to provide the requested publishing service. Users choose which accounts to connect and may disconnect them at any time. The Service does not sell personal information or use connected-account data for advertising.
5. Sharing and third-party platforms
Information is sent only to the social platforms selected by the user and to infrastructure providers required to operate the Service. Each connected platform processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Information is not shared with unrelated third parties.
6. Storage, retention, and security
Data is stored on controlled server infrastructure and access is restricted. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and stored content. Connected-account tokens are retained while the integration remains active. Scheduled content and operational records are retained only as needed to provide the Service, troubleshoot publishing, and meet legitimate security or legal requirements.
7. Data deletion and rights
Users may disconnect a channel or delete content from within the Service. They may also request access, correction, or deletion by following the Data Deletion Instructions. Valid deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days, subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.
8. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to iaranasie.us@gmail.com.
