Disconnect a social account
- Sign in to Postiz Social Publishing.
- Open the connected channels or integrations area.
- Open the menu for the relevant Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok channel.
- Select disconnect or delete and confirm.
You may additionally revoke the app from the connected platform’s own apps-and-websites or business-integrations settings.
Request complete deletion
Email iaranasie.us@gmail.com with the subject “Postiz data deletion request”. Identify the account or connected channel and send the request from an address that can be verified as authorized.
After verification, associated tokens, connected-channel records, scheduled content, uploaded media, and account data will be deleted or anonymized. A confirmation will be sent when the request is complete, normally within 30 days. Minimal records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
